Arsenal a lot stronger than most people think!
September 22nd, 2009Author: Malaysian GoonerI really wonder if our squad is as thin as some people think. If we don’t get any more injuries, when those who are out come back (mostly in October) we will have a pretty strong squad.

*Silvestre instead of Senderos because he can play LB as well so no need to have Gibbs in squad.
No place in the squad for:
1. Senderos
2. Gibbs
3. Ramsey
4. Diaby
5. Wilshere
In fact, our subs plus reserves could make another team (strong team!) of its own.

Imagine people like Walcott and Nasri only capable to being a part of Arsenal’s SECOND XI!!!
Not forgetting that I didn’t include Djourou who is out for 8 months and rising stars like Sanchez Watt and Henri Lansbury who could break into the first team. Also, don’t forget Pedro Betelho is in his final season at Celta Vigo before he gets his Spanish citizenship.

Yeah , totally agree with you there. But for a change i would like walcott to play instead of rosicky. i hope arshavin can push walcott into his central position n score goals for Arsenal . You hav forgotten bout Carlos Vela, I think he is the best prospect Arsenal has now! Wenger should now only consider buying a cover or even the starting defensive midfielder, SOng is jus not consistent !and he is slower than most of the attacking midfielders , put him vs Gerard– bye bye song!

Mate, you are forgetting how we crack at times under pressure and how we make stupid mistakes at atimes costing us games. Clichy has been performing as if he is on two different poles in the same game. DO u think Gubbs is a strong enough cover for Clichy, i dboubt it. Its not the debate if arsenal are strong or not, the issue is which team and individual players are more often in risk of making mistakes and i am afraid if you look at normal top 4 teas you will see that our defence and midefield is the one which are tend to make mistakes, and we dont have enough experiance to cover up for these mistakes. thats costing us the games and i am afraid it will continue.
We can never consistantly perform well when Diaby, Densilon, Silvestre and the most overrated Walcott.
I like both team A n team B but we sideline conquelin,bartley,jet n simpson?
Wha i meant was those player that i mention above r promisin young gunners let us give them chance they will surely adapt to our first system as long as dey’re playin along senior player i love arsenal coz we’re alwaz gives young player to der talent our team diff frm 30-35years chelsea which den hate givin upcomin chance nw dey’re in big dilema up gunners fabby say so im original nigeria gui who short fabregas to fabby kip it up d proff arsene.
